  • Differential funds are provided depending on the size of the company (number of employees); and the funds are used to operate labor and management win-win programs and make investments in facilities for welfare promotion.

Certification Cancellation of Pioneering Companies

Certification Cancellation

  • The cancellation is decided through consideration by the Gwangju-type Job Selection Discussion Committee.
    1. Companies that were certified through illegal methods, such as falsehood, or lost their value
    2. In the case of special reasons, including shutdown, bankruptcy, etc.

Measures to be taken after cancellation

  • Retrieval of a certificate; discontinuation of the provision of administrative and financial incentives
  • If certification cancellation is decided within a year of certification, administrative and financial support funds must be returned.

  • Consulting support
  • Communication enhancement
  • Promotion participation
  • Consulting support for performance maintenance in accomplished criteria and additional certification acquisition in other criteria
  • Regular meetings (once per quarter) between the labor representatives, management representatives, and the city government to discuss difficulties and draw up improvement methods
  • Promotion of certified companies (on the city’s webpage), certified companies’ participation in a job fair, etc. organized by the city government
