Getting certified as Gwangju-type Job Company

01Invitation of executing institution (February)
- Institutions submit applications to become a project executing institution (announcement period: two weeks)
- Prepare and submit a business plan, fill out a subsidy request form, etc.
※ Re-announcement will be made if only one institution applies.

02Selection of an executing institution(March)
- An executing institution is decided in an objective way, including meetings, written examinations, and consideration by a department.
※ Inspection materials, etc. submitted to the director of budget, then confirmed by the Subsidy Consideration Committee

03Project management(From April to August)
- Management of consulting business information sessions and consultations to additionally attain certification indices
- The project executing institution makes an announcement to recruit Gwangju-type job pioneering companies and hold project information sessions.
- Recruitment target: Companies that are established in Gwangju and labor groups that are active mainly in Gwangju (No limitations in terms of the type of business)

04Accepting application for public participation(September)
- Accepting applications submitted by Gwangju-type job pioneering companies

05Company evaluation(September – October)
- First evaluation (project executing institution) : eligibility, documents, site evaluation
- Second evaluation (Gwangju City) : confirmed by the decision of the Evaluation Committee

06Selection(November)
- Certificates are issued to Gwangju-type job pioneering companies certification plaques are attached at the gates of the companies.
- Selection standards : The company should score 40 points or higher in the four criteria and 70 points or higher in at least two criteria including “labor and management responsible administration”
- Hosting a Gwangju-type job conference

07Follow-Up Management(December)
- Project evaluation and project planning for the next year
※ Promotion period in the certification process can be adjusted in the process of task promotion.
